Must have the following requirements:
• Driver License/ID
• BLS/CPR Card
• SSN
• TB SKIN Test, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, or Chest X-Ray *(Must Include a copy of the TB Skin Test that was positive along with the chest x-ray)
• COVID-19 Vax Card / Exemption
• CNA Certification or LPN/RN License
• MS State Criminal Background Check Letter-Fingerprint/FBI Rap Sheet *(Either on facility/agency letterhead or Department of Health)
Additional requirements we will require if working in the coastal area.
